I get emails from Atlas Machinery, most of them are actually relevant to the tools I’ve been checking out. That doesn’t always happen with store emails, so I’ll give them credit for that. They do come a little more often than I’d like sometimes, but the deal info is useful enough that I usually don’t mind. Solid 4 stars.

The box arrived in great shape, and everything inside was safe and clean. No complaints at all.

When they finally replied, it felt like they barely glanced at what I wrote and just tossed back some tiny, unhelpful answer. I had to ask again just to get clear info, which was ridiculous for such a basic thing. Not the worst experience ever, but their communication definitely needs to grow up a little.
